Thanks to the team at River Motorhomes, I have recently purchased a campervan from this company and have to give them a 5 star rating! From the greeting on day one through the part exchange and ultimate purchase, River Motorhomes have been totally professional. A company can be measured by how they react once you have left with a new purchase. I had a small issue with my vehicle a week after collecting it, the team responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the matter, the after sales service was top notch. I recently purchased a Pilote motorhome from a dealership in Devon but needed to find somewhere local to me in Nantwich. Tried one dealer who basically told me I would have to wait 7 months for warranty work! I then tried River Motorhomes in Sutton Coldfield. So glad I did :) So accommodating with a quick appointment working around my schedule. Kelly on reception was welcoming, quick to offer a brew and allowed me to set up in their customer area to work remotely. Constantly asking if I was OK, needed anything and making cups of tea. The tech team sorted out my issues and a few hours later I was sorted and driving home. On arrival at home, a sensor offloaded my boiler water which to me looked like a calamity. However a quick call and Griff the technician was on hand to talk me through re-setting my boiler 'frozen water' sensor. Fabulous service from everybody. Definitely going to use them for everything in the future. ~ Mike G

Recently, I PX'd a 2019 Autoquest 115 for 2021 Autoquest CV40. The transaction was managed by Dave (Sutton Coldfield). It was all very straightforward and friendly. What impressed me most was the 'sense of occasion' when I collected the new van. It was in the dry, powered up and looked new. Selling/buying through a dealer does cost more (no spoiler) but for me that 'price difference' is peace of mind and that is very difficult to cost. My wife and I are delighted with our CV40, it's got all the improvements that can only be achieved when you know exactly what your second van should have. ~ Mike F

We purchased our first motorhome from the team at River Motorhomes in Sutton Coldfield. David was on hand to show us around the motorhomes. He answered all our questions in a relaxed yet informative manner and gave us plenty of time to discuss and explore. The van was spotless when we arrived to collect it, and the handover was very straightforward, with David taking the time to explain everything clearly! Having had the motorhome for several weeks now and with a few trips under our belts, any questions we've had have been answered promptly and thoroughly. I spent the morning at the NEC came out not finding what I wanted so went on the internet and found river motorhomes 3 miles away.They had the van I was looking for on arrival I was met by two lovely ladies who showed me around viewed the van but felt wasn’t quite right looked at slightly bigger model which was under offer and asked if it became available please contact me 2weeks later on my drive.On day of handover arrived early was greeted very professionally no fuss and explained everything.I would definitely recommend River Motorhomes ~ Mick H

River Motorhomes at Curdworth, Sutton, are a great team, namely Kelly, Griff & Dave. They always make you extremely welcome when you attend there. The work they have carried out for us in recent times on our Motorhome (a fridge fault, habitation service and today, fitting a Battery Master unit), were all carried out on time, rates were excellent, and the workmanship exemplary. Couldn't be bettered. Griff goes out of his way to explain the work completed, and always offers advice. Well done to the team there ! ~ Kenneth W

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The team called to authorise additional work before carrying it out, which I really appreciated. The van was serviced to a high standard, and a detailed inspection report was provided. I also received a courtesy call once the work was completed. Just purchased our first motorhome from here. Andy (the sales rep) was absolutely amazing and really helped us understand how to get the best out of our new purchase. We picked it up today and it was spotless with all snagging work completed. The champagne, chocolates, cups, keyring and teddy were a lovely gift waiting for us. At short notice I had to find somewhere to service my Chausson motor home. The staff at River Motorhomes - Kelly, Adam and Dave were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Although River Motorhomes is slightly further away from home than the garage I’ve used in the past, for the habitation service, I will be using them in the future. See you next year. ~ Rhona D

Bought a new Motorhome from River Motorhomes but stupidly forgot to transfer our own number plate onto retention , fortunately Barry came to the rescue and even kindly waived the DVLA £80 fee . Our Pilote motorhome needed its second habitation check and I wanted to find someone closer than SMC, the dealer we had purchased it from. After checking the Pilote website I found River Motorhomes just 20 miles from us and thought it would give them a call. My first interaction was with Kelly, who was incredibly helpful, explaining what did and did not need to be done this year in our Moho. After SMC this was a breath of fresh air. River were cheaper as well so I booked a date for the check. I arrived on time and I was very pleasantly greated and offered a drink straight away and somewhere comfortable to sit as I was waiting. I mentioned that we seemed to have had water ingress through the habitation door during the recent storm and I asked if there was a way I could tighten the fit of the door as there appeared to be a gap at the bottom. I was told they would have a look at this and see what could be done. I had a very nice walk down the canal and when I came back everything was done even the door. I will certainly be coming back to River Motorhomes in the future, they have restored my confidence in dealers again and I would highly recommend them. ~ Roly B

We had our habitation check done by River for the first time. It was like a breath of fresh air being easy to book rather than being a difficult chore.
